These rugs are made out of scraps of fabric. The scraps are cut 1-2 inches wide, sown together, and woven on the loom. These are rag rugs because the material they are made from includes: old clothes, scraps of material from other craft projects, old curtains, old sheets, and other fabric. Some of our next rugs are going to be made of old jeans, corduroy, and towels. Rugs can also be ordered for a specific length or color. Contact vg.cathy@gmail.com for more information.
